UI/UX DESIGNER

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design modern,

responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for our Cloud-based CRM platform (Web &

Android). The ideal candidate should understand user behavior, simplify complex

workflows, and create a clean, professional design aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile

platforms

• Design visually appealing, easy-to-use CRM dashboards and modules

• Collaborate with product manager and developers to implement design logic

• Ensure responsive and consistent design across all devices (Web + Android)

• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve experience

• Work with developers for pixel-perfect implementation

• Maintain and update design system, icons, and UI guidelines

• Stay updated with UI/UX trends and SaaS dashboard design patterns

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles & information architecture

• Expertise in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator

• Experience designing CRM, ERP, or SaaS-based applications

• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile app layout standards

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, React component structure (bonus)

• Strong visualization, typography, and color theory skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications
