We are seeking a talented UI UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive user experiences and implementing visually appealing, functional interfaces. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to bring our digital products to life. Role & responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

UI/UX Design

  • Translate user requirements and business goals into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance product usability.
  • Develop and maintain UI style guides and design systems.
  • Create User Journeys
  • Strong foundation in visual design principles: typography, color theory, composition, and layout
  • Implement responsive, accessible, and performant UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or ).
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva).
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer, Front-End Developer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and front-end development work.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries.
  • Understanding responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with animation libraries and micro-interactions.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Familiarity with UX research methodologies and tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization.
