We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 0–2 years of experience to join our product team. The role involves designing intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging interfaces for mobile applications and React-based web platforms. You will work closely with developers and product managers to bring design concepts to life, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design user interfaces for mobile apps (Android/iOS) and React-based web applications.
  2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and validate design ideas.
  3. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs in React.
  4. Apply responsive design principles for mobile-first and cross-platform experiences.
  5. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather and apply feedback.
  6. Maintain consistency using design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.
  7. Stay updated with mobile UI/UX trends, React UI frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

  1. 0–2 years of professional or project-based UI/UX design experience.
  2. Certification in UI/UX Design (mandatory) from a recognized institution (e.g., Google UX, Interaction Design Foundation, Nielsen Norman, Coursera, Udemy Pro, or equivalent).
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first and React-based web designs.
  4. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  5. Basic understanding of React UI components and responsive design principles.
  6. Knowledge of UX fundamentals, user flows, and accessibility guidelines.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  1. Exposure to front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  2. Familiarity with React UI libraries (Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design).
  3. Experience with motion design, animations, and micro-interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
