Role Description
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, presenting our HR software solutions, and closing sales to foster business growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, setting up meetings with potential clients, delivering product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of HR software solutions and the ability to explain technical features to a non-technical audience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in conducting market research and identifying potential clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the HR technology sector is a plus
