We now seek an entrepreneurial Co-founder / CEO with a strong marketing and sales background to lead rapid growth and build a high-performing team for NetFoto alongside Kuse's founder.

Role Overview:
As the Co-founder / CEO for NetFoto, you will be the driving force behind business expansion across sales, marketing, and operations. You will own client acquisition, lead generation, brand development, and aggressive team hiring and retention. This leadership role offers high autonomy and accountability to build a scalable, efficient, and profitable business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement aggressive sales and marketing strategies to grow NetFoto's product photography and videography services

  • Own lead generation channels such as Google Ads, social media marketing, and strategic partnerships

  • Qualify and convert leads through a structured, consultative sales process

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a strong multi-disciplinary team including photography, post-production, client servicing, and operations staff

  • Foster a results-driven, accountable culture focused on quality and customer satisfaction

  • Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring project delivery timelines and service excellence

  • Manage budgeting, financial planning, invoicing, and profitability tracking

  • Collaborate closely with Kuse's founder to align growth strategies and execute the vision

  • Provide transparent and regular reporting on sales performance, marketing ROI, operational metrics, and team progress

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in senior sales, marketing, or operational roles, preferably in creative, digital, or ecommerce service sectors

  • Demonstrated success in aggressively scaling teams and sales pipelines

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms, lead generation, and client conversion best practices

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Ability to work in a startup/small business ecosystem with hands-on execution

  • Data-driven approach with capacity to analyze marketing and business performance metrics

  • Passion for building businesses from the ground up and creating lasting client relationships
