Job Title: Sales & Growth Specialist

The Mission

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Specialist to expand our footprint and ensure HotMuggs is the top choice for travelers looking to take a piece of their journey home.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Expand the Network: Identify and onboard new retail partners, gift shops, and kiosks at key tourist landmarks and travel hubs.
- Merchandising Excellence: Ensure our displays are high-impact, well-stocked, and reflect the premium energy of the HotMuggs brand.
- Relationship Management: Build strong ties with shop owners and procurement managers; you are the bridge between their needs and our brand.
- Sales Targets: Drive volume and hit monthly revenue goals through proactive outreach and account management.
What We Are Looking For
- Passion for the Brand: You love the idea of creating world-class souvenirs and take ownership of the brand's presence.
- Strong Communicator: You are persuasive, charismatic, and able to pitch to everyone from small shop owners to large retail managers.
- Relevant Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, FMCG, or Retail Merchandising. Experience in the gift or souvenir industry is a massive advantage.
- Driven & Mobile: You are a "go-getter" who enjoys being on the move and visiting destinations rather than sitting behind a desk.
- Freshers are also welcome.
