Job Title: Channel Sales Manager – EdTech

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to lead and manage channel partnerships, vendor relationships, and regional integrations across four key regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EdTech, channel expansion, onboarding partners, and driving revenue through effective channel strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners across assigned regions.
- Drive monthly/quarterly sales targets through partner engagement and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
2. Vendor & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and EdTech service partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, pricing, and product agreements with vendors.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner/vendor issues to avoid business disruption.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly and drive improvements.
3. Regional Integration (Across 4 Regions)
- Coordinate with regional business leaders to ensure seamless partner integration and alignment with organizational goals.
- Standardize processes, communication, and sales support across all four regions.
- Support regional teams with product updates, training, and sales enablement.
- Gather regional market intelligence and feedback for product and strategy improvement.
4. Operations & Reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly channel performance reports for leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, documentation, and audit requirements.
5. Market Research & Strategy
- Track competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the EdTech domain.
- Recommend new partnership models, channel programs, and solutions to enhance market reach.
- Participate in product positioning, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in Channel Sales / Partner Management (EdTech preferred)
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions & departments.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market strategy forecasting and reporting
- Proactive, target-driven, and strong problem-solving skills
Education
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant field (MBA preferred)
