Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bustling coffee shop in Bengaluru. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining inventory levels. This on-site role requires leadership and organizational skills to create a warm and efficient environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
  • Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage preparation and Food Service operations
  • Sales skills to drive revenue, promote products, and achieve business targets
  • Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in overseeing daily operations
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry or cafe management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or related field is preferred
