Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Fixed)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Trainer Call Quality Analyst to train telesales associates and ensure high-quality customer interactions through regular monitoring and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for telesales associates (product knowledge, scripts, customer handling).

Monitor and evaluate inbound & outbound sales calls.

Provide feedback and coaching to improve sales conversion & customer experience.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.

Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

Education: PUC / Diploma

Languages: English, Kannada (other South Indian languages preferred)

Age: 18–30

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Telesales / Training / QA role)

Location Preference: Bangalore candidates
