Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Quality Analyst located in Bengaluru. The Call Quality Analyst will be responsible for assessing call center performance, conducting quality control, evaluating customer interactions, providing feedback to enhance call quality, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Additional duties include preparing reports, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with team members to implement training programs and strategies for quality assurance.
