Job Title: Quality Analyst (QA) AR Calling (US Healthcare)

Location: Bangalore

Shift: Night Shift (US Healthcare Process)

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Quality Analyst AR Calling to join our US Healthcare team. The QA will be responsible for monitoring calls, identifying process gaps, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with quality standards to improve overall performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate AR calling calls to ensure adherence to process and quality standards.
  • Identify errors, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to bridge knowledge gaps.
  • Prepare and maintain quality reports, audit results, and performance dashboards.
  • Support the team in meeting client SLA requirements and compliance guidelines.
  • Conduct refresher training sessions based on audit findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in AR Calling with at least 1 to 2 years in a QA role.
  • Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, AR follow-up, and denial management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide effective feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
