Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (any field) with 1-2 years of demonstrated experience as a Quality Analyst or in a comparable position
  • Proven experience in delivering training and public speaking engagements
  • Adept at generating reports and utilizing data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Skillset

  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at providing clear, actionable feedback
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Prior experience working on or supporting a Google Project is preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Google Qasa Quality Tool is a plus
