Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales revenue by identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and effectively promoting the company's range of wires & cables. The role demands excellent communication skills, market understanding, and a proactive approach to business development.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop new business opportunities in the industrial wires & cables segment.
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients, distributors, contractors, and OEM.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct presentations, negotiate effectively, and close orders.
- Provide market insights, conduct competitor analysis, and recommend strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, after-sales service, and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and report progress to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Travel across assigned regions for business development activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Strong B2B industrial sales expertise (preferably in wires & cables or electrical products).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proven ability in client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation.
- Target-driven with strong business development and networking capabilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business growth initiatives.
Location: prestige point, shukrawar peth, pune, maharashtra.
