Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Implementation

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute on-page optimisation strategies, including meta tags, headers, content optimisation, and internal linking.
  • Implement technical SEO improvement, including site speed optimisation, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability enhancements.
  • Create and maintain SEO content calendars aligned with business objectives

Content & Analytics

  • Collaborate with content teams, optimise existing content, and guide new content creation for SEO performance.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Generate regular SEO reports showing traffic growth, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues that impact search visibility

Research & Optimization

  • Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.s
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in our SEO strategy. gy
  • Optimise local SEO elements, including Google My Business profiles and local citations.
  • Supporting link-building initiatives and outreach campaigns

Experience & Skills

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing with demonstrated, measurable results.
  • Advanced proficiency in a wide range of SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
  • Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles, including keyword optimisation and website structure analysis.
  • Experience working with various content management systems such as WordPress, Shopify, and others.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and overall website architecture, enabling effective technical SEO troubleshooting.
  • Expert use of Google Tag Manager for enhanced website tracking and analytics management.
  • Skilled in data analysis with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and SEO reporting tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive SEO campaigns tailored to business goals.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to optimise content and SEO workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
  • Continuous learner committed to staying up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
