About the Role:

KloudPortal is looking for a Digital Workplace & End User Support Engineer who will provide proactive, on-site, and remote IT support to users. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues while ensuring seamless user experience across Microsoft 365, Intune, and modern workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user technical support (on-site and remote) for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 and Intune environments configuration, policy management, and compliance monitoring.
  • Implement and manage modern endpoint management tools and workplace solutions.
  • Use automation to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to collaboration tools, cloud services, and end-user devices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations and adherence to security standards.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and system changes in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Support project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Workplace Engineering and 2+ years in Microsoft 365 & Intune management.
  • Strong expertise in endpoint device management, cloud collaboration tools, and modern workplace technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with automation scripting (PowerShell, Intune policies, etc.).
  • Knowledge of IT Security practices in distributed/global environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project execution skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred):

  • Mandatory (any one or more): MS-900, MD-102, MS-102, AZ-900
  • Preferred: Certifications in Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Exchange, Networks, Infrastructure, or Security
