Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive brand awareness and lead-generation campaigns across digital, social, and event channels.
  • Manage marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics) for campaign optimization and ROI tracking.
  • Collaborate with business and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business outcomes.
  • Oversee digital presence, including website, email marketing, paid campaigns, and PR initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance brand reach, partnerships, and market positioning.

Content Writing & Management

  • Develop and manage a robust content roadmap — blogs, thought leadership articles, whitepapers, case studies, social posts, newsletters, and videos.
  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, SEO-optimized content that reflects the brand voice and drives engagement.
  • Repurpose content across channels to maximize visibility and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to develop impactful stories.
  • Ensure brand tone, style, and messaging consistency across all communications.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • MBA/PG in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in marketing, with proven expertise in content writing and digital marketing.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong background in
    digital marketing, demand generation, and brand communication
    .
  • Proven ability to plan and execute
    content-led campaigns
    that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Familiarity with
    SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools
    .
  • Prior experience in
    B2B or services/consulting
    sectors preferred.
