JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service departments.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure service excellence and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain hygiene and presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities.
  • Coordinate with the front desk and F&B teams for guest requests and special requirements.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and support cost control initiatives.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and supplies.
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management review.
  • Uphold safety, hygiene, and compliance standards across the property.

PROFILE

Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping or guest service management within a luxury or boutique hotel.

Industry:

Hospitality, Hotel Management.

Skills:

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational abilities. Strong eye for detail with a commitment to impeccable service standards. Proficient in overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations operations. Knowledge of luxury hospitality protocols, hygiene, and safety compliance.

Degree:

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Certification in hotel operations or hospitality preferred.
