About the Role:
We are hiring Customer Support Associates (Voice Process) for our Bangalore location. This is a non-sales role in the BPO/ITES industry, primarily handling inbound calls (internal). If you are customer-focused, fluent in English and a regional language, and passionate about providing excellent service, wed love to meet you
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound voice process queries from customers
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions over calls
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow standard operating procedures, call etiquettes, and company policies
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Tamil (any 2 languages mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Customer service orientation
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) can apply
Job Location:
Bangalore (Kadugodi, Whitefield area)
Salary/Stipend Range: 15,000 – 20,000 per month
Shift & Work Details:
- 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
- 6 days working, rotational weekly off
- Rotational shifts (24/7 environment)
- Company-arranged drop facility after 9:30 PM (within 15 km radius)
- Work continues on weekends, local & national holidays
