Desired Candidate Profile Experience – 15 to 20 years Education – BTech / BE/ MBA.   Background – Building Material. Prefered- candidate who have worked for companies dealing in Bathroom solutions and Tiles, in retail and project business will definitely be preferred. They should be good in concept selling. Not preferred – Granites and Stones, Paint, Electricals, Pipes and Fittings, Cement, Steel, UPVC Doors and Windows.
Job Description of Cluster Head
  • Good commercial and technical knowledge of building material business/product sales
  • Very Good communication in English and Tamil.
  • Problem-solving, persuasion, and negotiating skills.
  • Motivated, Positive, Innovative, and good with computers.
  • Must have strong selling ability, interpersonal skills, and lead a team. A team player.
  Role and Responsibility
  • To achieve the goals as specified by the management including given sales targets.
  • Building relationships with Channel Partners and Customers like Architects, Builders, and Installers
  • Negotiations with buyers
  • Concept selling to customers like Builders, Architects and individual buyers.
  • Site Visits wherever necessary.
  • Finding and appointing new Channel partners, Serving them as required.
  • Lead a sales team and ensure joint working of Channel partners with Installers.
  • Maintaining daily sales reports and making calls daily, as specified.
  • Ensuring that promotional activities, campaigns, and other such marketing activities are performed regularly as per management guidelines.
  • Customer support wherever necessary.

Salary DetailsCTC offered – Rs lacs to 17.00 lacs pa (+10% variable), depending upon age, experience, and current salary.Variable is annual payment – Every year in April.
