  1. Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with account managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
  1. Candidate Management:
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.Manage candidate relationships and act as the main point of contact during the interview and offer stages.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with account managers and department heads to understand the specific requirements for each position.Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends.Collaborate with the HR team to enhance and streamline recruitment processes.
  1. Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure the company remains competitive in terms of compensation and benefits.
  1. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a focus on technical positions.
  2. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Technical understanding of IT roles, technologies, and programming languages.
  2. Experience in recruiting for skills relevant to your IT industry.
