Responsibilities:
  • Conducting full lifecycle technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and understanding their IT staffing needs.
  • Identifying qualified candidates for various IT positions, such as SAP consultants, developers, and analysts.
  • Screening resumes and conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Managing the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and plans.
  • Utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Managing and updating candidate databases and ATS systems.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to hiring managers and stakeholders.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • 2-10 years of experience as an IT recruiter, with a focus on SAP requirements.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring IT professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT technologies and roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
