Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager at Just Skin And Hair Clinic to oversee daily operations in our dynamic and expanding clinic environment. This is a mid-level, full-time position focusing on maintaining clinic excellence and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will effectively coordinate operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in alignment with our mission.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in patient scheduling software (Mandatory skill) is essential for efficiently managing appointments and streamlining clinic operations.
  • A deep understanding of healthcare compliance regulations (Mandatory skill) to ensure all clinic operations adhere to industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Capability in patient experience optimization (Mandatory skill) to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty through superior service and care strategies.
  • Strong skills in healthcare operations management to handle the daily functioning of clinic activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to efficiently manage patient data and ensure accurate health information management.
  • Proficiency in revenue cycle management to optimize the financial health of the clinic, including billing and insurance processes.
  • Ability to manage financial budgeting to oversee clinic financial operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management.
  • Competency in human resources management to effectively lead and motivate clinic staff, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and according to established protocols and standards.
  • Coordinate and manage staff, providing training and guidance to maintain a high-performing team environment.
  • Ensure patient care and service quality by implementing strategies that enhance patient satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, preparing for audits and maintaining documentation according to legal and industry requirements.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, billing, and reporting to support the clinic's financial stability and growth.
  • Enhance patient scheduling processes to reduce wait times and improve clinic workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of quality care and the implementation of effective patient care strategies.
  • Analyze clinic performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive overall clinic performance and efficiency.
