Job Title: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Sales/ Business Development | Birla Fertility & IVF
Location: Surat

Industry: Healthcare / IVF / Stem Cell / Womens Health / Diagnostics / Pharma
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with gynaecologists, obstetricians, and referring doctors to generate patient leads for IVF and fertility treatments.
- Identify and onboard new partner clinics, nursing homes, and independent doctors.
- Conduct regular doctor visits, CMEs, and camps to drive referrals and brand recall.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Centre Ops, Marketing, CRM) to ensure seamless lead conversion.
- Plan and execute monthly activity plans to meet registration and booking targets.
- Maintain MIS on doctor coverage, visit frequency, and referral performance.
- Keep track of market developments, competitor activities, and local opportunities.
- Represent the brand ethically and professionally in all interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Science, Pharma, or Marketing.
Experience: 28 years of on-field sales in any of the following:
IVF / Fertility clinics
- Stem cell or cord blood banking
- Women's health / gynecology / obstetrics-focused pharma
Diagnostics with gynaecology customer base
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of doctor-referral and local marketing ecosystems.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with daily field work.
