We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who can bring top talent into our fast-growing organisation.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, ensuring a smooth hiring process and exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing capabilities, understands digital/marketing hiring, and can partner with hiring managers to close roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Actively engage passive candidates to attract high-quality profiles.

2. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage requirements from job brief to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely communication.
  • Negotiate compensation and roll out offers.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Share regular hiring updates, market insights, and funnel metrics.

4. Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement

  • Create job descriptions, hiring scorecards, and competency frameworks.
  • Optimize hiring funnels to reduce TAT and improve quality of hire.
  • Maintain ATS and recruitment documentation.

5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and job portals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in digital marketing, media, tech, or fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, referrals).
  • Ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and hiring analytics.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently or with cross-functional teams.
