Key Responsibilities:As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the execution and optimization of our clients' digital marketing initiatives. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Email Marketing Coordination: Assisting with the planning, setup, execution, and monitoring of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation workflows, and performance analysis.
• Social Media Management: Designing, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter), fostering community engagement, and tracking metrics.
• Paid Advertising Management: Managing and executing comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
• SEO Optimization & Reporting: Conducting on-page and technical SEO audits, implementing optimization strategies, monitoring search rankings, and generating detailed SEO performance reports.
• AI Tools Leverage: Actively utilizing and experimenting with AI-based marketing tools for tasks such as content generation, ad copy optimization, audience segmentation, data analysis, and efficiency enhancements.
• Project Execution & Administration: Providing crucial day-to-day support for marketing project execution, including task management, deadline tracking, stakeholder communication, and general marketing administration to ensure smooth operations.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Assisting in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key marketing metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Research & Trend Analysis: Staying abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and AI advancements to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum experience of 1 year digital marketing, with hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, email marketing, or social media management.
• Ability to work within US (EST) or UK (GMT) time zones. Flexible hours available.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills for social media and ad creatives.
• Familiarity with various digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs - a plus).
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
• Experience crafting effective marketing prompts for ChatGPT and Gemini.
• A strong interest in and willingness to learn and apply AI technologies in marketing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English, given the international client base.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be highly valued.
