This individual will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment and the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities - Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support sales efforts, such as sales presentations, product guides, and sales scripts. - Assist in creating customized sales proposals and presentations for potential clients. - Marketing Campaign Coordination: Work in tandem with the marketing team to coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions that align with sales objectives. - Ensure the timely and efficient implementation of marketing plans to support sales efforts. - Lead Generation: Assist in lead generation efforts, including database management, list segmentation, and email marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and target potential clients for sales outreach. - Sales Enablement: Help create sales training materials and resources to enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. - Organize and coordinate sales training sessions and workshops. - Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities, market trends, and competitive analysis. - Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings. - Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns. - Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success. Requirements - Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in sales and marketing tools and software. - Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Previous experience in sales or marketing coordination is a plus.
