Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing teams in achieving their goals. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving sales through effective marketing strategies and seamless coordination. This individual will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment and the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support sales efforts, such as sales presentations, product guides, and sales scripts.

    • Assist in creating customized sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.

  • Marketing Campaign Coordination: Work in tandem with the marketing team to coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions that align with sales objectives.

    • Ensure the timely and efficient implementation of marketing plans to support sales efforts.

  • Lead Generation: Assist in lead generation efforts, including database management, list segmentation, and email marketing campaigns.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and target potential clients for sales outreach.

  • Sales Enablement: Help create sales training materials and resources to enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.

    • Organize and coordinate sales training sessions and workshops.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities, market trends, and competitive analysis.

    • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.

    • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing tools and software.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing coordination is a plus.
Experience
