**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting market research and identifying trends, and formulating various marketing strategies to profile the potential customers and prospects
- Analyzing marketing trends, customer behaviour, competitive landscape and preparing the reports by collecting and summarising the data
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
- Creating, proofreading, and editing the copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice
- Assisting in developing and managing content, and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
- Evaluating and monitoring the ongoing campaign performance by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Ensuring all marketing efforts served as organised or planned to achieve business goals. Identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
- Must have ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts
- Should have strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
- Should have strong organisational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent coordination skills to work with partners
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant technical fields with an experience in a technology environment
