About the Role

We are seeking an
HR Specialist with prior experience in US IT Consulting
. The ideal candidate should have
hands-on hiring experience for US Bench Sales and US IT Recruiters
, along with strong HR operations expertise. This role is onsite at our Hyderabad office (Manjeera Trinity), working night shifts aligned with CST hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    end-to-end HR operations
    , including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Manage hiring specifically for
    US Bench Sales Recruiters and US IT Recruiters
    .
  • Oversee floor management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and policy adherence.
  • Track and evaluate employee performance, providing coaching, feedback, and corrective actions.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and disciplinary management.
  • Handle grievances effectively while maintaining a professional work environment.
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with management on
    workforce planning and HR strategy
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven HR experience in US IT Consulting/Staffing.
  • Prior experience hiring US Bench Sales Recruiters and US IT Recruiters
    is a must.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain discipline and foster a positive work culture.
  • Flexible to work
    night shifts (CST hours)
    .
