About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic
HR Operations Specialist
with strong hands-on experience in
Workday HCM
. The role focuses on
offer generation
and supporting HR operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. We are looking for
immediate joiners
who can quickly adapt and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations with a primary focus on offer letter creation, validation, and release.
  • Ensure all offers are aligned with company policies, compensation structures, and compliance requirements.
  • Accurately maintain and update employee/candidate data in Workday HCM.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
  • Address candidate queries related to offers and provide a positive experience.
  • Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance-related activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, with proven expertise in Workday HCM.
  • Hands-on experience in offer generation, HR documentation, and data management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
