Key Responsibilities: Factory Operations Management
- Handle complete day-to-day factory operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of production, quality, and maintenance activities.
- Supervise manpower, allocate work, and monitor efficiency.
- Injection Molding Machine Handling
- Operate and manage injection molding machines.
- Plan and schedule production runs as per orders.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance.
- Monitor machine parameters, molds, and material usage to minimize wastage.
- Production Planning & Control
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Maintain optimum inventory of raw material and finished goods.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure production meets quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, safety norms, and factory regulations.
- Maintain documentation for production records, ISO, and audits.
- Team & Workforce Management
- Supervise operators, helpers, and other production staff.
- Train workers on machine handling, safety, and productivity improvement.
- Monitor staff discipline, attendance, and performance.
- Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 7–10 years' experience in injection molding production.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, raw materials (plastics, polymers).
- Ability to handle complete factory operations independently.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
