**About this job**:
Our Injection Molding Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of injection molding equipment by performing preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The objective is to minimize downtime and maintain equipment quality, ensuring production is not affected by machine down time.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- **Preventative and Predictive Maintenance**: Perform regular inspections according to the PM and PD maintenance schedules to reduce machine downtime
- **Troubleshoot and Repair**: Diagnose and resolve issues with injection molding machines, robots and secondary equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Maintain building maintenance issues to include lights, plumbing, structural, air compressors, water tower and HVAC
- **Equipment Installation and Modification**:Work with maintenance team to install new equipment or modify existing equipment
- Follow safety regulations and procedures
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, work order requests, parts inventory
- **Support injection molding production**: Duties include but not limited to pull screws, clean barrels, nozzles and reinstallation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
