Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Injection Molding Expert located in New Delhi. The Injection Molding Expert will be responsible for developing and optimizing injection molding processes, overseeing the design and fabrication of molds, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and ensuring quality control. Additional tasks include conducting material research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices in mold maintenance. As part of the mPragati team, the expert will contribute to the development of advanced medical devices and support various stages of product translation.

- Plastic Injection molding (90 Ton)
- Silicone Injection molding (25 Ton)
- Micro plastic molding (6.3 Ton)
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Injection Molding, including process development and optimization, and knowledge of
Mold flow analysis
Experience in Mold Design and Fabrication
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving production issues
Knowledge of Quality Control and Assurance techniques
Candidates should possess Material Research skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with medical device standards and regulations is a plus
Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
