Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the injection molding production line
- Monitor machine performance, ensure quality output, and reduce production downtime
- Lead, train, and mentor machine operators and production staff
- Ensure safety protocols and operational procedures are strictly followed
- Troubleshoot issues related to machines, molds, or product quality
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain production documentation, shift reports, and operational logs
- Strive for continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
- Schedule shifts and ensure production targets are met on time
