Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer – Solar, EV Charger, CCTV & Home Automation located in Kozhikode.
The
Sales Officer
will be responsible for generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales operations, and coordinating channel sales. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers, understanding their energy needs, proposing appropriate solutions, and following through the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Lead Generation skills
  • Sales Operations and Channel Sales skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the solar industry or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field


What You'll Bring:

1–3 years of experience in Sales (Solar / CCTV / Electrical / Automation preferred)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Passion for technology and sustainability

Two-wheeler and valid license preferred
