Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to convert leads into customers and onboard clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products/services.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly to generate interest.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information promptly.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain client records and follow up for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹22,000.00 per month
