Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at Bright Computer Education. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, explaining our educational programs, and converting leads into enrollments. Your goal is to drive admissions by delivering excellent customer service and persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential students to promote academy programs and courses.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about courses, admissions procedures, and payment plans.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead status and call outcomes.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students to understand their educational goals.
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to align goals and messaging.
  • Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on program offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales (experience in the education sector is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum high school diploma: bachelor's degree is a plus.
