**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Dreamsdesign’s services and solutions.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Understand client needs and propose relevant services to meet their requirements.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently, addressing concerns and resolving issues.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in IT or related industries.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
- A proactive and target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
