Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and organized Female Back Office IT Sales Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team through documentation, coordination, and customer follow-up. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT products and services, and excellent communication and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the front-end sales team by preparing and sending quotations, invoices, and product proposals.
  • Manage and process sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery coordination.
  • Follow up with clients regarding order status, payment, and post-sales support.
  • Maintain and update client records, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for product availability and delivery timelines.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone in a professional manner.
  • Assist in managing inventory records and product catalogs.
