We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, and support of SAP FICO solutions within our organization. You will be responsible for optimizing the utilization of SAP FICO modules and ensuring seamless integration with other business processes. experience designing, implementing, and supporting business applications for Finance requirements especially applications in the SAP Domain (SAP ERP Finance and Controlling, SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP BPC). Understanding of Integration of the SAP FICO module with other SAP modules and with external applications.Roles and Responsibilities
  • Being an SAP FICO Senior Consultant should be able to independently lead the module and drive & participate in business requirements workshops, conduct business meetings, system customizing, develop functional specifications, interact with business stakeholders, testing, train business users, master data, go live, support post go live.
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.
  • HANDS-ON role - execute FICO configuration, functional documentation, testing plans and results, system documentation and training materials.
  • Design and test solutions to ensure they meet business requirements efficiently and effectively. Architect, configure, and implement a large-scale, complex SAP Finance solution.
  • Preparation of Blueprint for Inhouse implementing rollout the project.
  • Sort out day to day (L3 & L4) queries of end users.
  • Coordinate with Implementation partners on roll-out projects.
  • Guide and Mentor other FICO consultants in the SAP team.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO-related issues
  • Provide training to the Internal SAP team in all FICO functional aspects.
  • Collaborating with other SAP consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive implementation

Must-Have Skills
  • Should have at least 3-6 years of Proven experience as SAP FICO Functional Consultant.
  • Should have hands on experience in FICO sub- module Accounts Payable(P2P) , Accounts Receivable(O2C) , Asset Accounting , Cash and Bank Accounting , GL Accounting , Profit Center Accounting , Cost Center Accounting , Internal Order Accounting , Integration with MM and SD, Funds Management , Investment Management and Closing Activities, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Banking & Treasury, and Controlling..
  • Would have handled minimum 1 - 4 End - End implementation / Support projects Including Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, Cutover and Post Go- Live.
  • Should have worked on customization and Maintenance and related sub modules.
  • Should have knowledge of the FSCM(Financial Supply Chain Management) module will be an added advantage.
  • Should have extensive experience in E2E, Functional and Integration testing which includes SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  • Should have knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance integration with SAP MM, SAP SD and legacy applications.
  • Should have experience in developing and executing test scenarios and documenting test results.
  • Should have strong knowledge of SAP Functional testing tools and methodology.
  • Should have good knowledge in Record to Report Macro Process (R2R).
  • Strong Hands on Experience in Integration FI-SD / FI-MM Experience in COPA is desirable 
  • Should be qualified in CA/ ICWA/ MBA.
