We are looking for a dynamic Accounting & MIS professional with 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, proficient in SAP and review of financial statements. The role involves not only technical accounting but also a strategic review of financial data to support management in decision-making.

Accounting & Finalization:

  • Review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS
  • Ensure accurate ledger maintenance as per well-defined SOP
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders involved in book keeping activities

SAP ERP Operations:

  • Manage SAP FI/CO modules for financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Support integration of financial data across departments using SAP tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related accounting issues.

Review & Analysis for Management:

  • Conduct periodic reviews of books of accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Analyze financial statements and highlight key variances and trends.
  • Prepare management reports with actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls and risk mitigation measures.

MIS & Strategic Reporting:

  • Support in developing MIS reports tailored for Management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • CA qualification
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (FICO).
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools is must
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
