The Manager – FP&A will be responsible for driving the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role provides strategic insights to senior leadership, supports decision-making, and ensures financial discipline across the organization.

Scope of Work -

  • Financial Planning & Budgeting
  • Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.

  • Collaborate with business units to align financial goals with strategic objectives.

  • Forecasting & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.

  • Strategic Analysis

  • Provide insights into revenue trends, cost drivers, and profitability.

  • Support investment decisions, new business initiatives, and capital allocation.

  • Business Partnering

  • Work closely with department heads to monitor KPIs and financial performance.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by translating financial data into actionable strategies.

  • Process Improvement

  • Enhance FP&A tools, models, and reporting systems.
  • Drive automation and efficiency in financial processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience:
    7–12 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting, Experience in Oil & Gas industry will be preferable
  • Technical Skills:
    Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
  • Analytical Skills:
    Excellent financial modeling, scenario planning, and data interpretation abilities.
  • Soft Skills:
    Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
