Marketing Executive (Service Provider Onboarding)

Position: Marketing Executive

Department: Business Development / Service Provider Acquisition

Location: Ernakulam (with field travel across Kerala)

Reporting To: Operations & Automation Manager

Role Objective

To build a strong network of service providers and technicians (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, masons, painters, etc.) for the Fixorix platform by executing marketing campaigns, onboarding skilled workers, and ensuring continuous engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Provider Acquisition
  • Identify and reach out to local technicians & contractors through field visits, calls, and networking.
  • Conduct presentations & explain Fixorix's subscription model (Basic, Standard, Premium, Gold).
  • Achieve monthly onboarding targets.
  • Onboarding & Training
  • Guide service providers in registration, KYC verification, and app usage.
  • Conduct short orientation on the job booking process, payments, ratings, and customer policies.
  • Support providers in activating their subscription plans.
  • Field Marketing & Promotions
  • Distribute brochures, posters, and digital ads in local shops, hardware stores, and communities.
  • Organize small technician meet-ups/camps for bulk onboarding.
  • Represent Fixorix at trade fairs, skill development centres, and associations.
  • Relationship Management
  • Maintain good relationships with onboarded service providers.
  • Handle basic queries on payments, jobs, and subscriptions.
  • Ensure active participation of providers on the platform.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain weekly reports of new service providers onboarded.
  • Share market insights on competitor pricing and technician expectations.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to run targeted recruitment ads.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication in Malayalam & English (Hindi/Tamil is a plus).
  • Field marketing & telecalling skills.
  • Ability to convince & negotiate with technicians.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
  • Two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate (BBA/MBA Marketing preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or vendor acquisition.
  • Fresher with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary & Benefits

  • Fresher: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives per onboarding.
  • Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives.
  • Travel Allowance: Provided for field visits.
  • Incentives: Based on the number of service providers/technicians onboarded monthly.

Growth Path

  • Marketing Executive → Senior Marketing Executive → Area Manager → State Head (Service Provider Network).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Freelance

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹15, ₹28,556.89 per month
