We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, managing invoicing and payments, and supporting audit processes. You will also coordinate with junior accountants and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Maintain and review books of accounts; file bills, challans, and financial documents.

  • Monitor day-to-day banking operations, including online transfers, remittances, and foreign exchange.

  • Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.

  • Handle sales and purchase invoice entries in Tally ERP and generate E-Way Bills.

  • Coordinate with stock manager for inventory updates and stock management in Tally.

  • Prepare weekly outstanding statements for vendors and customers; follow up on receivables.

  • Support internal and external auditors with required documentation.

  • Calculate monthly salaries and prepare payroll statements in coordination with PF/ESIC consultants.

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GST 3B), TDS, and other statutory compliances.

  • Work with import-related documentation and processes.

  • Oversee and support junior accounts team and office support staff.

  • Coordinate documentation for banking and financial compliance.

  • Prepare financial reports and ensure all accounting tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
