Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background in Real Estate Accounting. The ideal candidate should be a CA Finalist or CA Intern with relevant experience in managing real estate project accounting, compliances, audits, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Manage end-to-end accounting of real estate projects (residential, commercial, or land development)

Ø Preparation and analysis of MIS reports, cash flows, and project cost sheets

Ø Monitor project budgets vs. actual expenses; highlight variances and provide insights

Ø Maintain and reconcile general ledger, receivables, payables, and bank accounts

Ø Handle GST filings, TDS compliance, Income Tax, and RERA compliance

Ø Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits

Ø Prepare project profitability reports, booking schedules, and handover statements

Ø Work with sales and legal teams to ensure proper accounting of customer advances, collections, and registrations

Ø Assist in preparation of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards

Ø Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in line with internal controls Support automation initiatives and ERP/accounting software implementation

Requirements:

**Education:**

  • CA Intern (completed articleship) OR
  • CA Final (appeared or qualified)
  • B.Com/M.Com with strong accounting foundation

**Experience:**

  • 3–6 years in real estate industry or construction/project accounting
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA rules applicable to real estate

**Skills:**

· Proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, and preferably real estate ERP software

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail

· Excellent communication and team coordination skills

Preferred:

· Experience working with real estate developers or contractors

· Exposure to project audits and costing

· Knowledge of real estate revenue recognition standards (e.g., Ind AS 115)

Compensation:** As per industry standards

Working Days:** [ 6 days/week-Monday to Saturday ]

Joining:** Immediate Joining or within 30 days preferred
