The AV Field Support Engineer is a full-time job.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Audio-Visual Integration, Professional Audio Systems, and Smart Infrastructure Solutions.
  • Skills in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of AV systems to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with customer service orientation. Ability to provide user training effectively.
  • Capability to conduct site surveys, interpret technical drawings, and execute project plans efficiently.
  • Relevant certifications and a Bachelor's degree in relevant technical fields are advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work in field support and independently manage tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of process improvement practices and commitment to operational stability are highly desirable.
