**AV Programmer - Key Responsibilities**
- **Programming & Integration**:

- Develop, test, and implement AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX, Lightware).
- Configure Cisco collaboration devices and design user-friendly GUIs for control panels.
- **DSP Configuration**:

- Set up DSP systems (Biamp, QSC, Harman) with advanced audio tuning (echo cancellation, equalization).
- **Testing & Troubleshooting**:

- Conduct system testing and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with project teams and clients to align systems with user requirements.
- **Documentation & Training**:

- Prepare system documentation and train users on operation and maintenance.
- **Handover & Support**:

- Ensure smooth project handovers and address client concerns empathetically.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on AV programming tools and mentor junior team members.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 5+ years in AV programming, GUI design, and system integration.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Crestron Toolbox, Extron Global Configurator, Biamp Tesira, QSC Q-SYS, Harman Audio Architect, and network protocols like Dante and AVB.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
