Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Audio-Visual (AV) systems – projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing setups.
  • Provide L1 support for AV equipment issues and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in video conferencing setups (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.) ensuring smooth operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance & health checks on AV systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for equipment procurement & upgrades.
  • Prepare technical documentation and conduct end-user training.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Crestron, Extron, Polycom, Cisco, Logitech.
  • Knowledge of AV technologies (audio processors, video switchers, control systems, digital signage, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (AV over IP).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • AV certifications preferred: CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), Crestron, Extron, Polycom, or similar.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AV system installation, configuration, and support.
  • Knowledge of AV & IT integration is a plus.
