  • Operational Management:Overseeing daily operations, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Financial Management:Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial stability of the hospital.
  • Staff Management:Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff, including medical and administrative personnel.
  • Policy and Procedure Development:Creating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote patient safety.
  • Quality Assurance:Implementing quality improvement initiatives and monitoring patient care standards.
  • Strategic Planning:Developing short-term and long-term goals for the hospital's improvement and growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration:Communicating with staff, department heads, board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Resource Management:Allocating resources effectively, including medical supplies, equipment, and personnel.

Job Type: Full-time
