- **Ensuring patient awareness**: Ensuring patients and staff are aware of hospital charges and payment methods
- **Handling requests**: Actioning requests from patients, doctors, and visitors
- **Managing duty rosters**: Creating duty rosters and managing leave for OPD service coordinators and executives
- **Building relationships**: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, both internal and external

Pay: ₹9,627.56 - ₹32,161.32 per month
